Bugs, connection problems and interrupted games

5.1 What if I experience any software problems, bugs or system problems?

Due to the rigorous testing procedures which we have in place, it is extremely unlikely that you will experience any problems, however, if you do have any technical problems, please contact our Customer Care Team, who will be pleased to assist. If the problem cannot be immediately rectified then our team will look at the server game logs and if there is a fault then we will resolve the problem and if appropriate, compensate you for any losses.

5.2 What should I do if disconnected in the middle of a game?

First of all you must log back into your account. You will then see the game which was disrupted exactly as it was when you were disconnected. Or if you were disconnected after submitting information, then you will see the result or the next sequence exactly as it would have appeared, if you had not been disconnected.

If you experience recurrent problems with regard to being disconnected or you are concerned that there is a problem, then please contact our Customer Care Team.

5.3 What happens if I lose money as a result of being disconnected?

First of all, you should log back into your account. The game will appear as it was when the disconnection happened. Or if you had submitted information and then were disconnected, you will see the result of your wager etc. So you should not lose any money just because you were disrupted.

However, if you do feel that there is a problem due to a technical fault in our system, then please report this to our Customer Care Team. We will fully investigate it and if we can determine that you did lose money due to a technical problem or bug in our system, not due to general Internet ‘downtime’ or disruptions, then we will refund any losses.

But please rest assured that there is a very strict testing of all software used and technical hitches are extremely rare.
