Getting started and opening an account

1.1 What do I need to get started?

It’s quite simple. All you need is a PartyAccount and a computer which has Internet access and a web browser. Since we are only available online, then you have the computer and software requirements already. All you need now is the PartyAccount.

1.2 How do I register and open an account?

All you need to do is go to http://www.partyaccount.com, then download our software and follow the instructions you will be given.

  • An account name and a password (to be decided by you)
  • A valid and current email address
  • If you have a sign up bonus offer, then you will need to give us the code so you can take advantage of the offer.
Please remember that you need to be 18 or over and you need to have the funds to be able to open a real money account. It is really important that you keep your PartyAccount name and password both secret and safe. You must not share your account information with anyone. You also should not allow someone else to play through your account. When setting up your account, if you have any problems or find that you cannot install the software, please do not hesitate to contact our Customer Care Team.

If and when you want to Play For Real (playing with and winning real money), then you will need to add real (bona fide) money to your account through the Cashier. 1.9 Is it possible to have more than one PartyAccount?

No, you may only have one PartyAccount at PartyCasino.com. This is part of our fairness and anti-collusion strategy and if you do have more than one account, you need to contact us immediately, to ensure that the accounts are merged into one single account. Failure to Contact Us may well result in your PartyAccount being closed and you will also lose your balance account if this should happen.

1.10 How can I close my PartyAccount?

It is very easy to close your PartyAccount by simply contacting our Customer Care Team and asking them to close your account. Before you request the account be closed, it is very important that you ask for any funds in your account are withdrawn, otherwise, they will be regarded as abandoned and you will forfeit them. So to make sure you get all your funds back, withdraw them before you ask for the account to be closed.

1.11 How often do I need to log in to keep my PartyAccount open?

You need to log in at least once in every 180 days to keep your account live and open. There is no need for you to play or to deposit money, simply to log in. However, failure to log in every 180 days will result in your account being deemed abandoned. You will then forfeit any residual balance within the account, so it is important to at least log in.

1.12 I can’t seem to close my PartyAccount: why is this?

Please make sure that you have taken the following steps before you try to close your PartyAccount:

  1. Make sure that you have cashed out the account, so that there are no funds in it with a value of more than £1.
  2. Ensure that any game or tournament you are playing in has finished before you request closure.
  3. If you have signed up for any tournaments that are coming up, you need to unregister before you can close the account.
  4. Finally please ensure that no financial transactions with PartyCasino.com have been returned by any intermediary you may be using.
  5. If you still have any problems, please contact our Customer Care Team.
