How to play Virtual Racing

When you arrive at the Virtual Racing Lobby you will see that there are several game options available from which to choose. You can bet on either horses or dogs, and you can opt for the instant races or take part in the scheduled races that are run at an indicated time. You can access the instant races at the upper portion of the lobby, while the scheduled races can be found at the bottom.

Instant Races

If you want to take part in an instant race, all you have to do is click the dog button which is located at the top half of the lobby. After you click the button some information about the runners will be shown on the screen; you can have a look at their track numbers and the odds.

Betting formats

You can choose one of two betting formats:
U.K. style. Odds are shown in fractions e.g., 5/1
International style. Where the odds are displayed as decimals e.g., 6.00

You will find that there are 3 different types of bets that you can make:

    Win/Place: To place this type of bet you should access the Win/Place bet screen and enter your Win and Place bets there:

    Win Bet: If you place a Win bet you are counting on the runner to finish in first place.

    Place Bet: If you make a Place bet, you are counting on the runner to finish either in first or second place.

    Exacta/Forecast: The Exacta bet is an international style bet while the Forecast is the UK style. In either case you will be selecting the first and the second finishers of the race in the right order.

    You can also choose to make a Quinella, or Reverse Forecast, bet for two runners to take first and second places in no particular order. However, once you make aQuinella bet on a particular dog, you are not allowed to make an Exacta/Forecast bet on the same dog. The maximum number of dogs that you can bet on for Quinella bets is two.

    TriCast/Trifecta: If you are placing a Trifecta/TriCast bet, you are counting on three dogs to finish the race in the first three positions, in the right order.

    You are allowed to make as many Exacta/Forecast or TriCast/Trifecta bets as you want. However, the total bets cannot exceed the £500 limit.

    There are different tabs for these three bet types on the game screen, and you click on them to make your bets.

Dog Racing

If you wish to make a Win/Place bet you can specify your bet amount in the text field provided for the bet type of your choice. You can also use the +/- buttons to change the amount you wish to bet. After you have specified your bet amount, you can find out what is the maximum return you will receive for your bet by clicking ‘MAX POTENTIAL RETURN.’ Then, you can use the ‘CONFIRM BET’ button to get a summary of the bet you made. You are also allowed to make multiple bets at any one time, and you can click on the ‘CONFIRM BET’ button to get a betting summary for all your bets. The maximum return for the biggest bet you can make will be shown through the ‘MAX POTENTIAL RETURN’ window.

If you wish to place Exacta (Forecast) or Trifecta (Tricast) bets, you have to decide which dog you wish to bet on first. After that, you can enter the amount you want to bet in the ‘BET AMOUNT’ text field. Unlike Win/Place bets, you can only enter one bet at a time.

When all your bets are placed and confirmed, you can start the race by clicking the ‘START RACE’ button.

Betting summary

This is a summary that will give you information on the bets you made for a race. The details included in the betting summary include bet type, stake, selection, and the potential returns.

If you want to remove any bets that you have made you should view the bet information that can be found in the betting summary. However, you must bear in mind that your bets cannot be cancelled or changed after the race has started.

Exit race

To quit the race and go back to the lobby, you can click on the ‘EXIT RACE’ button. You are not allowed to leave the race screen when your bets are still active. You can only leave the race after the bets are removed.

Next race

To join the next instant race, you can click on the ‘NEXT RACE’ button. This option will be made available to you at the end of every race.

Scheduled races

You can either look at races that are 'Completed'/'Playing'/'Waiting', or bet on "Registering" races. These races accept both real money and play money, and you can make your selection by clicking on the 'Play Money'/'Real Money' tabs.

Before you place your bets, you have to select a scheduled race that is available for registrations. On the next screen, you will be able to see the profiles of the runners, with information such as their track numbers and the odds.

The latest time that you can place your bets is 10 seconds before the start of the race. If you take a look at the bottom right part of the screen, you will see the time left before the race begins.

Bet types

Similar betting types are available for both scheduled and instant races.

Betting summary

The betting summary for scheduled races is similar to the one available for instant races. There is a section under scheduled races that shows information on all the bets made for a race.

Exit race

If you want to quit a race and go back to the lobby, just click the ‘EXIT RACE’ button. You are not allowed to leave a race when it is running or if it is scheduled to begin in 10 seconds time.
The race will run at its scheduled time.

Replay

If you want to view any completed race, just click on ‘REPLAY’.

Game logs

To look at the logs of races in which you have played, you can click ‘GAMELOGS’ or ‘VIEW GAMELOGS.’

Winner list

To see which runners won a race you can click the ‘WINNER LIST’ button.

Rebuy

To buy more credits from your Party Account, just click the ‘REBUY’ button.

Version

The ‘VERSION’ button allows you to view the game version that is currently in play.

Game rules

You can find out about the rules of the game by clicking the ‘GAME RULES’ button.

Reloading Party Account

Continue firing up any game by adding more funds to your PartyAccount balance. There are three simple options for reloading. The first is by going to the ‘Cashier’ menu, then look for the ‘Deposit’ button that will then guide you to the next step. If you are in the middle of a game and there is a need to reload, the second alternative is the best one for you. There is a ‘Rebuy’ button that is found on every game screen that will take you to the deposit options. The last one could be done in ‘My Account’ section found in the left portion of the main page. Click on the ‘Real Balance’ button and then follow the instructions.

Remember that each option is different in terms of the length of time the fund transfer takes place and the additional charge that goes with the process. Also take note that you can’t add any funds while you are in the middle of any game so it is advisable to check your party account before starting any game.

Reaching Bet Limits

There is a possibility that during the Game you may encounter the need to reload your PartyAccount balance because it is below the limit of minimum bet allowed. All you have to do is to click the ‘Rebuy’ button that will allow you to buy credits. You can also go to the Cashier menu and choose ‘Deposit’ that will then take you to the next process. There is also a ‘Cashier’ button in every “Buy-in” window that can be found in any screen of an ongoing game. The ‘Real Balance’ in the ‘My Account’ section in the left panel in main lobby can also do the job.

Disconnected or Halted Game

In case the game is suddenly disconnected, don’t worry because the software will automatically finish the game for you. You can check the status by logging back again then look for the 'Gamelogs' button. You can also check the balance of your PartyAccount that reflects the result.

If your game is halted while you are playing in feature round, you can finish it by logging in again. After completing the feature round, you can then continue playing the same game or start another game of your choice
