Multi-hand blackjack
Game Objective:
The multi-hand blackjack game involves playing up to five hands of Blackjack at once, in quick succession.
The aim of Bonus Pairs Blackjack is to get a hand of cards where the points total 21, or as close as possible to 21, but being careful not to exceed this target. The worth of a hand is calculated on the total points of each card that is in the hand. Face cards which include Jacks, Queens and Kings have a value of 10 points. The value of an Ace is 11 or 1. It is valued at 11 as long as that would not make the value of the hand exceed 21. If there is the potential of it raising the value to above 21 then its value is counted as 1.
A ‘soft’ total is a hand that has an Ace whose value is 11 and cannot cause the total to exceed 21. A ‘hard’ total is a hand that has an Ace whose value is 1, since a value of 11 would cause the hand to exceed 21.
In a case where the player and the house draw, there is no winner or loser and this situation is referred to as a ‘push.’
More information on the game is as follows:
- The least amount of money that one can bet is $1 but should not exceed $2500 for the initial bet. Subsequent bets do not have a maximum sum.
- In the Multi-hand variety of Blackjack, eight decks are utilised with each deck containing 52 cards.
- Shuffling of the deck is only performed after a fifth of the cards have been made use of.
- The dealer will take a further card at soft 17, but will ‘stand’ at 17 or more
- A split may only take place once
- A player can deal as many cards as possible to the dealer and vice versa. A limit is imposed only by choice (hit ‘STAND’ to do this) or if the total of the hand is more than or equal to 21. The exception to this is in the case of doubling down or split aces, where one card maximum will be given.
- Prior to a player drawing their third card a dealer will check to find out if he is holding a blackjack if he is already in possession of a 10, Jack, Queen, King or Ace as his first card.
The following information shows you how to play:
- To choose the denomination you intend to bet click on the chip of that amount. Your chosen chip will be shown with an arrow by it.
- The next step is to lay a wager on one of the five positions by clicking the ‘BET’ section of that particular seat, but it must be remembered that a player can choose to play one of the five or all of the five positions that are available.
- You can reduce the amount you have bet by clicking ‘BET’ at the point you would like to reduce the bet to
- Once bets are put on one or two positions, click the ‘DEAL’ button. This button will be activated if your wager is the same as or greater than the lowest possible bet
- The player can then select from various choices given such as ‘STAND,’ ‘HIT,’ ‘SURRENDER,’ ‘DOUBLE’ or ‘SPLIT.’ The choice you make will depend on how good your hand is
- If the dealer is in possession of a 10, Jack, Queen, King or Ace as his initial card, he will verify if he has a blackjack prior to the player drawing the third card.
- In a situation where the dealer has an ace as his initial card, the ‘INSURANCE’ choice is given to the player.
- The moment the dealer or the player or dealer busts or stands, the outcome is shown under the player and dealer cards.
- For a player to proceed with the game using the same bet, they have to hit the button named ‘REBET’.
- If you wish to get rid of all bets placed after the game, click on ‘CLEAR’
- Bets for a chosen position can be altered by clicking the ‘BET’ button for the location where you would like to reduce the bet
- For a player to lay a new wager just click on the chip amount you want.

- Clicking ‘VERSION’ will display the present game version.
- Clicking ‘EXIT GAME’ will bring the game to an end
While playing the game the player has several choices and these are:
Stand: Clicking the ‘STAND’ button will retain the present worth of your hand. You can choose to do this at any point if you like the cards you have been dealt. Click the ‘STAND’ button and when the dealer’s hand is complete, cards will be compared.
Hit: Clicking the ‘HIT’ button will enable you to be dealt another card. You can take cards until you go bust, reach 21 or choose to ‘STAND’.
Double: This choice only comes after the initial two cards. Clicking on the ‘DOUBLE’ button will enable the bet you have placed to be increased by two times. After you have doubled, ‘auto-stand’ will apply.
After you have split, you could be given the option to double down. If you do not have sufficient funds to do this, you will not be given the opportunity.
Split: This is an option in case you are in possession of two cards with similar worth in which case by splitting you share them out to two distinct hands. If you do this, another bet the same as your first one will be placed.
Splitting can happen only once, regardless of whether or not further opportunities come up. If your cards mean you could split, but your funds will not cover the extra bet, you will not be given the opportunity to split.
You can take any number of cards on a split hand, except when you split on Aces or double down after splitting. If you decided to split Aces, a single card will be given to each Ace. If a face card or a 10 is put with either Ace, blackjack does not apply, just 21.
This is how you split:
- By clicking on the ‘Split’ option, the cards are shared out to 2 distinct hands before dealing an additional card to each of the hands. You will know which hand is active as it will be indicated by an arrow.
- The next thing to do is click on ‘HIT’, ’STAND’ or whatever choice one has.
- The completion of the first hand activates the second hand automatically.
- If the value of the hand is 21, the arrow will not appear, but will go on to the other hand.
- The next thing to do is select ‘HIT’, ‘STAND’ or any of the given choices
Insurance: Clicking on the ‘insurance’ button will offer you protection from a blackjack of a dealer. The cost of insuring is 50% of the bet amount and is on top of the first bet. An extra wager will be laid the moment you seek to insure. You will have 20 seconds to accept the offer to insure, after that time the system will treat the insurance option as ignored and the game will go on.
In a situation where the dealer is in possession of a blackjack, the insurance bet pays two to one, and the player loses the first bet. In case the dealer does not draw a blackjack, the player loses the insured wager and the game proceeds for the money that had been bet first. If you have a blackjack yourself, the insurance option will not be given to you.
If your funds are too low to cover the extra bet, the ‘Insurance’ choice will not be given to you.
Surrender: When your first two cards are shown, you may decide to stop play for that round and to surrender 50% of your bet amount. You will have to make this choice prior to opting to double down, split pairs, stand or hit.
The option to Surrender will be given once the dealer has ascertained whether or not he has a blackjack. If a blackjack comes from his second card, your whole bet will be taken by the dealer and the game will conclude. Should the second card of the dealer not get a blackjack and you decide to ‘Surrender’, 50% of your wager will be given back to you.
PayTable:

| Blackjack | A blackjack, or 'natural', comprises a total of 21 in your first two cards. A blackjack is therefore an Ace and any 10-point card, with the additional requirement that these be your first two cards. If you split a pair of Aces, for example, and then draw a ten-point card on one of the Aces, this will not count as blackjack, but rather a total of 21. Your blackjack beats any dealer total (including a dealer's regular 21) except a dealer's blackjack. If both you and the dealer have a blackjack, the hand is a tie or 'push', and nobody wins or loses. | 1.5:1 | |||
| Normal | Your total is greater than dealer's, but less than or equal to 21. | 1:1 | |||
| Push | The totals of both your hand and that of the dealer are the same. | Even | |||
| Insurance | Offered on the dealer's Ace to insure your hand against the dealer receiving a blackjack. It costs 50% of the bet amount, in addition to the initial bet placed by you. | If the dealer gets a blackjack, the insurance bet
pays 2:1. You lose the initial bet. If the dealer does not get a blackjack, you lose the insured bet, and the game continues for the initial bet amount. |
|||
| Surrender | Only allowed on the first two cards. Player can select to discontinue play of their hand for that round. | If the dealer's second card results in a
blackjack, player's entire wager will be collected by the dealer. If the dealer's second card does not result in a blackjack, then one-half of player's bet amount will be returned. |

Topping up your PartyAccount
Continue firing up any game by adding more funds to your PartyAccount balance. There are three simple options for reloading. The first is by going to the ‘Cashier’ menu, then look for the ‘Deposit’ button that will then guide you to the next step. If you are in the middle of a game and there is a need to reload, the second alternative is the best one for you. There is a ‘Rebuy’ button that is found on every game screen that will take you to the deposit options. The last one could be done in ‘My Account’ section found in the left portion of the main page. Click on the ‘Real Balance’ button and then follow the instructions.
Remember that each option is different in terms of the length of time the fund transfer takes place and the additional charge that goes with the process. Also take note that you can’t add any funds while you are in the middle of any game so it is advisable to check your party account before starting any game.
Reaching Bet Limits
There is a possibility that during the Game you may encounter the need to reload your PartyAccount balance because it is below the limit of minimum bet allowed. All you have to do is to click the ‘Rebuy’ button that will allow you to buy credits. You can also go to the Cashier menu and choose ‘Deposit’ that will then take you to the next process. There is also a ‘Cashier’ button in every “Buy-in” window that can be found in any screen of an ongoing game. The ‘Real Balance’ in the ‘My Account’ section in the left panel in main lobby can also do the job.
Disconnected or Halted Game
In case the game is suddenly disconnected, don’t worry because the software will automatically finish the game for you. You can check the status by logging back again then look for the 'Gamelogs' button. You can also check the balance of your PartyAccount that reflects the result.
If your game is halted while you are playing in feature round, you can finish it by logging in again. After completing the feature round, you can then continue playing the same game or start another game of your choice.
