[Member] Names must not:

•    Contain website, email address, or promote any products or services for profit or gain
•    Appear to impersonate someone else
•    Contain swear words or are otherwise in PartyBets discretion objectionable

Comments must not:

•    disrupt, promote, attach or offend others;
•    contain any racist, homophobic, sexually explicit, abusive or otherwise objectionable content;
•    contain swear words or other language which may offend;
•    promote or condone or encourage dangerous or illegal activities including copyright, defamation and contempt of court;
•    advertise products or service for profit or gain;
•    include private and confidential information such as phone or credit card number, portal or email addresses;
•    contain links that are irrelevant to the topic discusses or advertise products or services for profit or gain;
•    contain any spam, malicious code and/or viruses; or

You agree that any comments you post or parts of comments you post may be used re-published on any PartyGaming website.

Any comments not following these rules or which in PartyPoker absolute discretion are deemed objectionable will be removed together with any replies.

Actions will be taken against anyone abusing the complaints system or technical infrastructure.
